Delivery & Returns Policy
Delivery Policy
Deliveries are only made within England & Wales.
Orders generally will be despatched by Parcel Force.
Deliveries will be made to the delivery address you give us on your order. Charges are based on the overall weight of your order. Stock permitting, delivery will be within 5 working days which exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
In the event of any damage it is necessary to sign and state “received damaged” on the carriers manifest.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
You must notify Accrington Brush Company Ltd within 7 working days of delivery of any damage, shortfall or incorrect specification and we will replace your goods as soon as we can.
You are entitled to return any goods that do not meet your requirements, except where they have been made to your specification. Goods may be returned within 7 working days, as long as they are in exactly the same condition as when they were received.
Unless due to our fault or error, the original cost of delivery will not be refunded. Normally the refund will be by the same means as payment.
You are required to ensure that the goods are returned to us packed in a way which removes all reasonable risk of damage in transit.
